The frequently asked questions below should give you a nice introduction to various aspects of our services and offerings. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with additional questions.
The endocannabinoid system consists of receptors that are located in our brain, intestines, skin, muscle and other tissue. When they are functioning appropriately, these receptors support our systems to function at their optimal best. If you are in any state of dis-ease or dis-stress then it is likely that your endocannabinoid receptors are either deficient or not functioning optimally.
People who find their way to us typically do so because they want to explore utilizing cannabinoids for their health and well-being. We start at a subclinical dose and slowly increase in order to avoid any of the psycho-activity commonly associated with cannabis usage. Getting high is considered an adverse outcome and is something we actively work to avoid.
No. We do not offer anything that can be utilized for smoking. Smoking is a highly inefficient delivery method that burns off many of the beneficial compounds required to engage your receptor correctly. It also is likely to overload the receptors causing them to shut down. This is counterproductive to our goal of supporting the body to function optimally.
You’ll never become dependent upon cannabis and can stop at any point in the process*. We have never seen any withdrawal after stopping our low dose protocols, but you may experience a return of symptoms that you hadn’t recognized were absent.
*With the exception of high dose cancer protocols
The short answer to this question is yes. All humans have endocannabinoid receptors. Phyto-cannabinoids, when applied appropriately, engage our receptors supporting them to perform. These receptors are charged with the task of supporting all of our systems to function at their optimal best. Over the years, it has become evident that each individual requires a unique cannabinoid profile. Once we land in this zone, we find that overall well-being improves. While we sometimes see profound, dramatic changes, more often than not the healing is subtle and cumulative over a period of months or years, depending upon the complexity of the issues, that over time lead to a healthier, happier state.
Good question! With close to a decade of intimately assisting people who are fragile and/or compromised in some way navigate finding their unique therapeutic dose, you can rest assured that you have someone on your team who will help you decipher the clues your body will provide during the ramping up process. Through our well proven methods, we will introduce low dose phytocannabinoids then slowly, over time increase that dose. Weekly phone check-ins allow us to hone in on the subtle changes until we’ve elicited the desired therapeutic response.
This depends upon what your issue is and how long you’ve been experiencing it. Some changes happen quickly while others take time to unfold. We have seen people have profound changes within 10 minutes of taking a small dose of tincture and others who have taken up to 6 months before any significant shift is noted.
We believe that it is your basic human right to access your own receptor system. As such, our pricing structure is a sliding scale, as your dose increases, the price/mg lowers. We will never turn anyone away due to lack of finances. Please reach out if you require a scholarship application or special consideration due to your circumstances.
